Tasting notes

Color: Bright garnet red, of medium intensity.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, wild strawberry, black cherry), accompanied by floral notes of rose and light nuances of black tea and sweet spices.
Taste: Fine, balanced and complex, with delicate tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives elegance and persistence.

Recommended pairings

Excellent with full-bodied white meats, pasta with medium-intensity sauces, semi-mature cheeses, and typical Argentine dishes such as empanadas or grilled chicken.
