Our policy does not allow for returns.

IF THE WINE TASTES CORKED

Although it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles), it is possible that your wine may taste corked. In this case, please keep the defective bottle with its contents and email us at cume.import@gmail.com; we will intervene immediately.
Replacement will not be possible without the bottle and a receipt or proof of purchase. Write to us at cume.import@gmail.com, and we will send you all the information to arrange the exchange.

SHIPPING

To make a return, ship the product following the instructions we will send you via email.

The shipping costs for returning the item will be covered by us.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes to receive the replacement product may vary.
