Tasting notes

Color: Bright, deep purple red.
Aroma: Notes of red and black fruits (cherry, plum, black cherry), violet, menthol, cocoa, leather and vanilla, the latter derived from the aging in wood.
Taste: Structured and elegant, with silky tannins, good balance between fruit and wood and a long, persistent finish.

Recommended pairings

Perfect with grilled red meats, lamb, light game, mature cheeses and rich Argentinean dishes.
